I am so happy to be coming back to teach. It does not feel like a ‘coming back’ really, but a ‘moving forward’. We will be careful, masked, air purified, windows open and other new protocols. We have all had a dramatically altered life for more than a year now. Ortho-Bionomy has helped sustain me, and my clients, and get me through. My clients have been extremely stressed. Ortho-Bionomy is needed now more than ever. This morning I thought of an Eckart Toll quote I like.

“Mastery of life is the opposite of control.”

Since, I certainly do not have control I rely on the principles for mastery. The principles will guide us as we gather together again. How I need community, connection and a good laugh! Since I went back to my office last summer, I have found that going to my office and practicing the principles of ease, honoring what arises, and non judgment helps me as much as it helps my clients. My head clears, my load lightens, I find earth and sky. I laugh, I listen and they relax, let go. Consciousness tingles into tissues that were tight, hidden or painful. It is time to get back to the classroom and keep spreading this work. We have so much to share and our skills are so badly needed. Come learn and enjoy. We can connect again, safely. We need to heal and so do those all around us. I look forward to being together again.
