This class is sometimes called the heart of Ortho-Bionomy. In this class participants move to a more subtle level of awareness. Specific techniques develop participant's ability to notice and support the client's innate posture and movement patterns. In Phase 5 students will practice techniques that enhance their ability to perceive, support and employ the self correcting reflexes. Students will practice being, grounding and relationship. The techniques in this class provide tools to work even more specifically and deeply, though even more softly. Come learn to do more with greater ease.
Prerequisite is one Ortho-Bionomy class or permission from the Instructor.
This class will present the Chapman's Reflexes system of working with reflex points to facilitate lymphatic drainage enhancing balance in the organs, fluids and other body systems. In this class participants will learn about these neurolymphatic reflex points and their relationship to structure especially useful tools to support balance in the endocrine system. The tools in this class are unique in Ortho-Bionomy and add another dimension to the work. Working with Chapman's reflexes can support physical health and lead to a greater sense of well being. These points can be useful tools for self care as well.
