Isometrics

Ortho-Bionomy Isometrics are quick, fun and active. Isometrics, and isotonics, provide another tool to help access a client’s tension patterns with depth, specificity and efficiency. Isometrics can be big, addressing a large area or delicate addressing difficult to access detailed torques in the body. You will learn how to actively involve the client in their own releases. You will learn established isometric and isotonic techniques. You will learn how to create your own techniques to meet your client’s needs. These techniques are especially useful with children and clients who have difficulty letting someone else move their body.
