Ortho-Bionomy provides a tool for massage therapists to work deeply into tissue while saving their thumbs and bodies from strain. It provides a took for energy workers to address the body physically and structurally without force – gently and respectfully. This foundational class will cover techniques for the shoulders, ribs, elbows, wrists, hands, femur rotation, knees, ankles and feet. I will cover the history and principles of Ortho-Bionomy. You will learn and practice applying the principles and procedure as you practice the techniques. You will leave able to create and modify techniques to suit your client. You’ll be amazed as tensions relax, pain subsides, range of motion improves and wellbeing is restored. Ortho-Bionomy mixes easily with other forms of bodywork, healthcare and personal growth.
