Arthur Lincoln Pauls developed a very effective way of correcting structural imbalances
in the cranium. Learn to feel the cranium in a 3D way. Using different cranial holds and
spirals in three dimensions, learn to help the cranium self correct so structural
movement and balance can be reintroduced. When working with the cranium it is
essential to include the rest of the body, especially the pelvis, spine and extremities. It
is an extraordinarily effective and deep way to address our whole body, our nervous
system, our structure, our flow. I recently deepened my training in Cranial work with
Ursula Hofer and Jessica Mark. I am excited to share my deepened understanding and
clarity. The Ortho-Bionomy approach to the Cranium honors the inherent complexity
while being remarkably simple. With these techniques participants will leave class with
effective tools for a vast myriad of situations and conditions. Working in the cranium is
